My hubby likes to take these to work with him
125ml (1/2 cup) soy sauce
80ml (1/3 cup) honey
1 lemon
1 garlic clove
12 chicken drumsticks
Oven @ 180c
Combine ingredients and pour over chicken
Cover with foil
bake 45 min, turning and basting every 15 min
Drain and cool
